Nemospheres for over 25 years.

We have developed a casting method that

allows us to manufacture two hemispherical

sections and without compromising strength,

casting them together to create a

perfectly clear sphere.

The link on this page shows one of our

Nemospheres manufactured for US based

Triton Submarines.

This sphere measures 1600mm Diameter with

a Wall Thickness of 80mm that is capable of diving

to a depth of 300 metres.

We are currently producing two spheres with a 2100mm Diameter also for Triton Submarines.  Each sphere will be 160mm thick

and weigh over 2500 kg with a depth rating of 1000 metres both will be delivered in December 2010.
